Overview

Sleeping in traditional Mongolian Yurts in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside will give you and your family or friends an opportunity to really rest and recuperate. The yurts have been hand crafted in Mongolia and imported to the Lake District, they are the real thing with 5 layers of fabric for the best insulation and decorated in traditional Mongolian symbols and colours. You won’t get cold even in the depth of winter as long as you tend your fire.

The yurts are furnished with a double bed and two single beds with fresh linen, a log burner, wooden floor with lots of rugs, solar lighting and sockets as well as a tea light chandelier. Outside there is a small patio area with a brazier and a picnic bench, perfect for Al Fresco dining or watching the night sky.
