Very pleased with the hotel as the voucher was a gift. Location was fantastic, grounds were beautiful. Our room was huge and the facilities were good. The meal we had was a bit overpriced but the pudding was nice. Breakfast was only one choice of full English which I felt was very limited and variations could have been offered but weren’t. The pool and leisure facilities were lovely and quiet and clean. We would visit again

This was given as a birthday present in January which we added to. It included bed and breakfast. We paid for a 3 course meal in the orangery which was excellent value. Everyone was friendly and helpful and the surroundings with the arboretum and forest close by. This was ideal for us as we brought our dog with us and could enjoy walks.

Our son and his wife purchased the two night break gift voucher from Debenhams and gave it to us as a Christmas present in December 2018. Throughout 2019 we tried and tried and tried to get a Hotelier to accept our booking but all declined because the real value of the voucher is insufficient after everybody had taken commission from the original in store cost price. Eventually to avoid the loss of £99.00 we were charged by Activity Superstore another £25.00 to upgrade and book a B&B in Norfolk for 1 night only. Total paid was £124.00 for a one night stay which should have cost £90.00 I would recommend any purchaser to check the small print and ignore the picture on the front of the box.
