Flying along zip wires, abseiling into the ‘Abyss’ and parachute simulators, this experience has everything covered. Once you’re into your safety harness its time for the fun to begin. Your experience will begin by being kitted out in the safety harness. Then it's off to your first activity, the 250ft indoor zip wire. Climb the long and winding walkway into the rafters to the 250ft indoor zip wire, six stories above the ground. The jumpmaster will attach you and then as you push off take a look below and you'll see the restaurant, friends and family below you as you travel at 30mph before safely entering the landing zone. Next it's off to climb 143 steps to the abseil zone. A trained instructor will instruct you how to descend and then it's up to you to abseil into The Abyss from 150ft down into the chasm that is the face of steel and the dark and gloomy Abyss. Last but definitely not least, with your heart pounding, climb the 143 steps again for the final buzz on the 150ft drop. You will have sensory overload as you plummet to the ground before landing safely on terra firma. Photographs and merchandise can be purchased on site.

On arriving at the centre you will sign on and get suited up in a helmet and racing overalls. This will be followed by your instructor giving a safety briefing and some instructions on the kart controls. Then it's time to get going. Don't worry if you're a bit nervous - you can take the track at the speed that best suits you. Please note at some venues this operates on an arrive and drive basis where if very busy you may have to wait up to an hour from arrival.

This is your chance to learn new and unique driving skills under the guidance of experienced Rally Instructors, learning skid control, brake control, plus understeer and oversteer techniques.

After you have registered and received your welcome, you will then be given a briefing from your professional racing instructor. Prepare to experience what it’s like to be a professional racing driver in this Simulator Race Experience. At Chandler’s Ford or Halifax, you’ll compete against other drivers in an adrenaline-fuelled race to the finish line.

Starting off in a lower-powered race car, you’ll get to grips with the controls as you qualify for your place on the grid.
Then the fun really begins as you speed round the circuit, wheel to wheel with the other competitors. Once you’ve mastered the race car, you’ll begin moving up the power tiers, battling it out for the all-important podium places. You will then be unleashed onto the circuit for a 20-minute practice/qualifying session. You’ll use this time to learn how to handle the car and get to grips with the best lines in and out of the corners, before getting in that all-important fast lap to determine your position on the grid.

You'll then take part in a series of race heats against your fellow competitors. With all drivers ready, you will find yourself on the starting grid waiting for the start light procedure to commence. With the engine revs rising all around you, you will need to time your start to perfection as the lights turn green. Points will be awarded and preparations made for the next race.

Well-honed knife skills reduce valuable time spent preparing food in the kitchen, and allow you to create attractive dishes which will wow your family and friends at your next dinner party.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by one of the chefs at the Smart School of Cookery. Then, after a brief overview of what to expect from the class, you will get changed into your chef’s apron ready for action.

You’ll learn how to chop, cut, slice and dice vegetables like a pro. You’ll learn ways of keeping your knife sharp. And you’ll learn the skill of filleting a fish and de-boning a chicken.

This experience is 100% hands on. The chef will demonstrate each task, then you will practice your hopping, filleting and boning skills with guidance from the chef.

Once the class is completed, you will receive an email within 24 hours with a knife chart with useful information relating to the knives for you to refer back to when cooking at home.
