Ford Escort MK 1 Driving Experience
Description
Experience driving a first generation Ford Escort with this classic car track day. You’ll feel like a movie star on this unique experience day, combining an appreciation for vintage design with high-speed thrills. This classic car was the first European Ford, with production running from 1967 to 1975. A UK bestseller in the 1960s, it quickly solidified its status as a truly classic car. Known for its “coke bottle” waistline and “dogbone” front grille, it’s an iconic example of practical and timeless design. This model was also a firm favourite for rallying and later gained additional fame after it was featured in the film ‘Fast And Furious 6’, driven by Paul Walker. So, if you have a need for speed and fancy taking a spin around the race track in this classic car, now is your opportunity!
As you arrive at the race track, you’ll be taken through a safety briefing and provided with a hot drink of your choosing to fortify you for the drive ahead. After that, you’ll hop into the car for 6 laps around the track, with an expert instructor by your side to help you navigate the track whilst offering expert advice on how to get the most out of the car. On the day of your driving experience, you’ll have to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in case of any damage to the car. You’ll have the option to buy a damage waiver cover when making your booking that will minimise any financial exposure in case of an accident. Purchasing this waiver is entirely optional. Please note, there will be a supplement fee if you choose to visit a premium venue. This vintage car driving experience with a Ford Escort Mk1 is a must for all petrol heads and would make a great gift for any classic car enthusiast.

You need to know
- The minimum age is 17 years old.
- Drivers must be fit and healthy and not suffer from any conditions that may impact their ability to drive. The maximum weight restriction is 20 stone (127kg) and the minimum height is 135cm (4ft 5").
- You must hold a full, valid UK driving license which you've held for at least 1 year with no serious offences. This must be presented on the day.

Ford GT 40 Drive
Description
This is an amazing chance to drive one of the most iconic racing cars ever built - the magnificent Ford GT40. Winner of the Mans 24 hour race for a staggering four times in a row and powered by a monstrous V8 engine, these 1960's racing cars produce over 500bhp and can reach an astounding 200mph! Take to the wheel of the GT40 for six adrenaline-pumping miles, with an instructor in the passenger seat to offer tips and encouragement throughout. Prepare to drive a very exceptional car indeed! This car is an accurate replica of the original built by Superperformance, complete with a V8 engine.
Your experience will begin with a welcome, introduction and safety briefing. You will then get the chance to sit behind the wheel of a Ford GT40 and experience six unbelievable miles! Please note, there will be a £10 supplement charge for Saturday bookings at the Blyton location and a £25 supplement fee if you choose to visit the Dunsfold, Blyton Park or Castle Combe venue.

Lotus Cortina Thrill
Description
The Ford Cortina is a in the early 60's, was a recognised as an inconspicuous, uninspiring and bland family saloon car. Ford instantly recognised that there was something else they could do with this car and so they paired up with Lotus Founder Colin Champman to work his magic and in 1963 the Ford Cortina Lotus was born. Two versions of this car were released, a road going version and a race spec version. The road going car revving to 8,000 RPM singing all the way to 108mph was like a rocket ship in the day and the race trim version eaking out to 145mph. The car was handed to Jim Clark, the recently crowned Formula 1 champion, who moonlighted as a Touring Car driver when time would permit. The car was as versatile as Clark, competing in rallying as well as Touring Car races. Jim Clark would make the car famous and Bruce Reynolds (The Great Train robbery) would make the car infamous, using the car to get away once the heist was complete!
On arrival you will receive a welcome, introduction and short briefing. You will then take to the wheel of the Lotus Cortina for 6 laps of driving depending on location. The programme varies depending upon location; please check upon booking. Please note, there will be a supplement fee if you choose to visit a premium venue.

Mtech Lite Formula Renault 6 Lap Driving Experience
Description
For anyone who has dreamed of being an F1 driver, this is the closest you will ever get to fulfilling it! Formula Renault is a class of formula racing which is popular in Europe and is regarded as an entry level series to motor racing.
The recipient of this 6-lap single-seater driving experience will be able to follow in the footsteps of some of motorsport greats, like Kimi Räikkönen and Lewis Hamilton. You will begin with one familiarisation lap behind a pace car to give you a feel of the car and the circuit, then it’s your chance to drive a further 5 laps solo and feel the power under your feet.On arrival at the venue (scheduled 1 hour ahead of your drive time), you will begin by filling out registration forms and receiving an introduction to the car. This will include a full safety and track briefing, plus tips on driving techniques to ensure maximum enjoyment. Following this, you will be with a helmet, then you will follow a professional instructor in a pace car for your familiarisation lap before you drive 5 laps solo!
The person driving the car will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in the event of damage to the vehicle. The driver will be given the option to purchase damage waiver cover when booking to minimise their financial exposure should there be an accident. Drivers are under no obligation to purchase this optional waiver.Key Information

- The minimum age is 18, participants must hold a full valid full UK driving licence.
- The maximum weight is 120.6kg (19st), the minimum height is 157cm (5ft 2'') and the maximum height is 192cm (6ft 3''). Health conditions such as heart problems, epilepsy and other illnesses must be disclosed upon booking.
- Participants must hold a valid full UK photo licence driving licence (without restrictions).
