Bear Grylls Adventure iFLY + Challenge for Two

Try something new at The Bear Grylls Adventure Birmingham with this IFLY and challenge experience. Choose a challenge from Archery, Shooting or Climbing.

For this exhilarating experience, you will feel the rush of a free fall without jumping out of a plane! When you enter the tunnel you'll experience intense wind speeds equivalent to the free fall of more than three 12,000ft skydives and experience firsthand the adrenaline of flight. Inside the indoor vertical wind tunnel, you will experience state-of-the-art technology that lets you balance mid-air without any need for parachutes or planes. During the pre-flight briefing in the aircraft hangar, your expert instructor will teach you all the body positions and hand signals you need for free fall, before flying with you in the tunnel.

Your Challenge offers you the chance to choose between three different activities, each one as adrenaline-fuelled as the next, but in different ways.

- Choose from one of the following three activities:
Archery: Expert tuition from long-bow experts
Climbing: More than 20 routes, bouldering area, different levels for all abilities
Shooting: Expert instruction with air pistols

Minimum age: Suitable for ages 8+. 8 and 9 year olds must be accompanied on the activity by a participating adult. Those aged 10 – 16 years old must have an adult present on site, but this adult does not have to participate in the activity if they do not wish to. 10-13 parent needs to be in the building throughout, 14-17 parent needs to sign waiver but doesn’t need to remain on site. For Shooting: 10 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied on the activity by a participating adult. Minors must be accompanied for Shooting with a ratio of one adult to one under 16 year old. For Archery & Climbing the minimum age is 5 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied on the activity by a participating adult

iFLY Weight and height restrictions: Maximum weight 18 stone. Maximum height 6ft 7.
iFLY Medical: Guests sign the iFLY assumption of risk, and must be free of any previous dislocations, neck or back injuries.

When can I go?

This experience is available Monday to Sunday, throughout the year. Excludes Christmas Day.

How long will my experience last?

The skydive will last 1 hour, please allow for 2 hours at the venue.

How many people is this experience for?

This experience is for two people, there will be other people there on the day.
