At certain locations, you may even have the opportunity to drive the remarkable Jaguar or the prestigious Bentley Continental GT. With so many exceptional vehicles to choose from, the most challenging part of your day will be deciding which one to drive! Each car offers its own unique experience, leaving you craving more after just a taste of their incredible power.
Before you hit the track, you'll receive a thorough briefing from a professional racing instructor. This expert will share their knowledge, ensuring that you make the most of your time behind the wheel. Once you're fully prepared, it's time to take on the track. You'll have the opportunity to drive your chosen supercar for up to three miles or roughly 2 to 3 laps, allowing you to truly immerse yourself in the thrill of the experience.
Hold on tight, because there's even more excitement in store with the thrill of a high-speed ride that will show you how it's really done! You'll have the chance to hop into additional high-performance vehicles such as the Subaru Impreza, BMW M3, or the Mx5 Racer.

With locations nationwide, you have the freedom to choose the perfect venue that suits your preferences. Please note that the availability of cars for both the driving experience and passenger ride may vary depending on your chosen location. This experience is available on selected weekday dates from March to November, weekends are available for a supplement fee payable directly to the experience provider.
This experience will last between 1-1½ hours.
This experience is for one person, there will be other people there on the day.
You're welcome to bring along family and friends along to watch.
The minimum age is 17 years old.
The maximum height is 1.98m (6ft 5"). The maximum weight is either 114.3kg (18st) or 120.6kg (19st) depending on your chosen location. Please check on booking.
You must hold a driving licence to take part in this experience.
The person driving the car will be required to sign a disclaimer accepting liability in the event of damage to the vehicle. The driver will be given an option to purchase damage waiver cover when booking to minimise their financial exposure should there be an accident. Drivers are under no obligation to purchase this optional waiver. Full details are available at the time of booking.

Instructor was fantastic, really patient with me. Not sure about the track though, could really have done with a bigger track, its a bit like a large car park really. Great selection of cars. It felt a bit like disorganised chaos, but it all went really smoothly, overall a great day out

Only NEC Birmingham available nearest to me and the Airport car park not suitable to enjoy properly. 3 miles at other venues mostly 3-4 laps.... NEC is 8 laps so approx 700yds/lap with 2 U bends; 6th Gear Experience? only 3rd gear possible and in heavy rain from storm Alex. The Hot Lap was great but only for approx 400yds. Not possible to change day if bad weather. Apart from that it was great!

Whilst I am glad you did enjoy the experience, I'm very sorry to hear that you did not enjoy every aspect at the Birmingham venue that you chose.
As the track was just shy of a half a mile, you did receive 8 laps which would have given you 3+ miles. We do advise that you will receive an 3-4 miles at your venue and I'm glad to hear this was provided by 6th Gear. I can imagine that the weather did make you drive more cautiously and I'm sorry that this did make it less enjoyable.

Received this as a gift Christmas 2019. Due to Covid 19 cancelled from original date but still within the 'best before' date. Disappointed, that living in Essex, there were no local venues but decided on Abingdon, Oxfordshire as friends live nearby. Poor signing for venue. The only signs were on the gate to the side entrance to the airfield. Well organised and quickly through registration. I was told the day before that my choice of car was unavailable so an alternative Ferrari, 348 was provided. I wasn't advised that it was left hand drive and the car was, obviously, in need of some improvements. The instructor was very good and the ride was enjoyable. Highlight was the 'Fast car' circuit which was part of my deal. Still waiting for my photographs to be sent to me by Email (18/9 - 23/9).

I got this driving experience as a Christmas present. I was actually a little nervous having never done this before. I felt the signing in and introduction part was a bit unorganised. We weren't sure really where to go to fill in the forms etc. There were staff walking about but no one willingly came up to us, we just guessed at what tables we were supposed to go to. Plus, we were told we would get an introduction in a group session but then was told by someone else we would go straight to the demo lap. Just felt like we were floating around not knowing what was happening at the beginning! However, once I was introduced to the driver, Mr Charles, it took a much positive turn! I told him I was nervous and hadn't driven a fast car or automatic and he really put me at ease. He encouraged me along the way with positive feedback and we had a really good laugh around the track! After the first lap I felt more at ease and gained more confidence and really enjoyed it! Loved driving Lamborghini and can't wait to do it again in the future! I would have provided 5 stars if it wasn't for the lack of service/help in introduction part.

Present for my 12 year old son & my Husbands 50th. Ended up costing another £100 total on site (aswell as the £160 already paid when purchased the experiences) Cars they chose not available, so instead of being offered another sports car my son was offered an american old car which was not the point of the present so my husband had no choice but to offer him the porsche he was meant to drive and was then told the only other sports car available if he wanted that he'd have to pay another £25 or have the old american car.It cost £50 for insurance and £25 for a saturday otherwise my son was in school and husband at work in the week but we had to pay extra for a weekend. We waited in crowds for ages, after 3 hours waiting took my son to the loo and my Husband was called forward to go , my son rushed back to be told his car had gone had to wait so they didn't even do the experience together. The drive lasted all of 5 minutes after 3 hours wait. then they had another hour queue for fast car ride - which had a flat tyre so was delayed. My son was very disappointed indeed, he cried infact.

Having looked into the choice of cars, it is stated in the terms and conditions that all choices are subject to availability and if there is a technical issue on the day a replacement will be provided and I can only apologise if this was not to your taste.
In regards to the damage waiver that you purchased, we do state the following in the experience information. 'You will be given an option to purchase damage waiver cover when booking to minimise the financial exposure should there be an accident. You are under no obligation to purchase this optional waiver. Full details are available at the time of booking.' As stated this is completely optional, however will reduce the risk of a greater cost if damage is made.
Finally I'm so sorry to hear that there were significant delays on the day which did mean you were waiting around, I can imagine this did cause frustration. I am only able to apologise on behalf of the supplier for this issue. As this is a popular experience, there are a high number of customers attending and this does mean a longer wait time.
I hope that your husband and son both enjoyed the drive and this made up for some of the hiccups on the day.
