Overnight Stay at Reindeer Lodge, Somerset

A getaway with a difference, enjoy a one night stay in a hobbit style hut situated in the beautiful Somerset countryside. The huts are in a private garden right next to a barn full of friendly reindeer and white horses who are just waiting for a visit. Watch the reindeer, emus and horses grazing quietly outside your window, or walk down the grassy walkways to view the animals.

Each hut has a large fire at it’s centre which you can cook on as well as giving warmth and an atmospheric glow. Logs are available to keep it alight and there are electric sockets too for added convenience. The toilet/showers are situated a short 20 meters from the hut. Guests can also visit the outdoor bar which serves local ciders, beers and cocktails, also juice and milkshakes for the children.

When can I go?

This experience is available Monday to Sunday from January to November or Monday to Friday in December, subject to availability.

How many people is this experience for?

This experience is for two people, there will be other people there on the day.

What else do I need to know?

The minimum age is 17 years old, anyone younger than this will need to be accompanied by an adult.
