The Smart School of cookery started in 2007 by business woman and cook Ann Hood. Ann hosts a pro celebrity cookery school across three locations with famous names such as Valentina Harris, Franck Pontais to mention a few, Frank Pontais has appeared on Ready Steady Cook and in regular broadcasts on BBC Radio.
The school has been hugely successful on both private classes corporate events and continue to do so.
Ciao! Come and get a taste of Italy with this brilliant pasta and Italian masterclass for two. Your professional chef will talk you through your class itinerary and then guide you through making your own fresh pasta dough and shaping your dough to the form of linguine.
Other creations will include Spinach, Ricotta and Pine Nut Cannelloni as Gnocchi with a Sage Butter, Lemon, Garlic and Parmigiano.
