If you’ve ever wanted to learn how to cook using only the wild plants that surrounds us then this is the course for you, with tips from professional wild food forager James Wood - as featured on BBC Countryfile.
Throughout your 6 hour foraging experience you’ll be shown how to correctly identify, source and harvest the huge abundance of wild plants surrounding us, whilst trying pre-made wild food tasters that range from pickles to jams and chutneys.
You’ll then be able to make use of your harvested plants when you learn how to chop, boil, steam, fry and preserve them, to create your own truly seasonal two course meal to sit down and enjoy.
All cooking equipment and materials will be included, along with wild food tasters, tea, coffee, refreshments, lunch and the recipe portfolio from the days cooking.
