Chocolate Treasure Hunt for Two

Description

It’s fast, it’s furious, it’s creative, it’s witty and it’s a highly entertaining activity for all ages. In this race against the clock, you will need to use your thinking skills to solve a series of clues, scavenge a number of items, take some brilliantly creative snaps and win some great prizes! You can work in pairs or in a team of up to ten people.

Strategy and Clue Solving - After you have been briefed, you and your companions will head off with a treasure hunt pack filled with clues, riddles, maps and - of course - essential chocolate supplies. You will have to work together to set the strategy, solve the clues, plan the route and get the questions answered.

Scavenger Points and Photo Challenges - You will be given bags of chocolate coins, to ‘bribe’ your way to gathering the scavenger items. During the race, you will also need to keep your eyes peeled and wits about you to collect the photo bonus points. There will be lots of chances to get some great snaps, so everyone can get their pose on!

Prizes - The more clues you solve, the better the prize - but, whatever size the prize, everyone will leave with a bag of delicious Belgian chocolate to take home and enjoy.

Please note, this gift is for two people but the venue will require a group of 6 for the hunt to go ahead so you will be paired up with other treasure hunters. My Chocolate will give you as much notice as possible for any bookings that cannot go ahead due to lack of participants.

Wine and Cheese Tasting for Two

Description

Professional wine tasters may be known for wasting good wine by spitting it out and the floral language used in their almost impenetrable descriptions of the wines that they sample, but learning about wine doesn’t have to be a long-winded process. This experience can provide guests with as much as they need to know about selecting a bottle of wine that they will enjoy and the best way to bring out the flavours of a range of wines.

This session will focus on Italian wines, and guests will get to taste five different types of wine, each paired with a cheese which will bring out its natural undertones. With guidance and advice from the experts, this is a chance to learn everything from how the grapes are chosen and grown to the best way to serve wines and what to eat with them to enhance their flavours.

This experience is a chance for any wine enthusiast to learn more about their favourite tipple, whether they are completely new to the world of wine tasting or already have some understanding of the way that the professionals fine-tune their palates. Guests will join a group who will all get the chance to taste red, white and sparkling wines, with rosé available on request, alongside cheeses which have been chosen specially to bring out flavours in the wines that might otherwise go unnoticed.

The experts will be on hand throughout to answer questions, offer advice and explain everything anyone could possibly wish to know about pairing wines with suitable foods including how to serve them to maximise their hidden flavours and what to look out for when choosing a bottle to go with any meal.
