Excellent guidance, great ingredients and tasted like from a restaurant. Will our teacher was superb and went at a speed to suit all in the class. And the best part no matter how bad they looked once cooked you couldn’t really notice.

Yes I recommend this product.
Don’t eat before you go! A group of us had an amazing time learning to make the most delicious dim sum. Will, our tutor was great, very informative, humorous and encouraging. We each made about 20 pieces, with 3 different fillings, shaping them into delicate shapes. We all went home totally full to the brim and keen to make them at home.
