In this class you will get to make some mouth-watering Spun-Chocolate recipes including a selection of the following:

Upon arrival participants are greeted by the resident Master Candy Makers and are given a welcome drink and are given a welcome drink each.

You will be given a brief over view of what to expect from the class and some interesting facts from your Master Candy Maker about the making Candy process and then it is time to get changed into the appropriate attire. (Aprons and gloves) then its time for the fun begin.

To end of the class all participating children will get take a little goody bag home with some of the delicious treats they have made on the day.

Kerry Vale Vineyard is a small, family run, English vineyard situated on the Welsh / English border of rural Shropshire. Planted in 2010 and covering six acres of farmland, on what was the Roman Fort of Pentrheyling, the vineyard resides at the eastern tip of the Vale of Kerry - an area of exceptional beauty , just 3 miles south of the charming town of Montgomery.

Kerry Vale Vineyard run vineyard tours three times a week and have a Wine Café, art gallery and Cellar Door shop which is open throughout the season for morning coffee, lunches and afternoon tea.

Coco Chocolate is an Artisan Chocolatier based in Edinburgh that specializes in making single origin, ethically traded, and most importantly delicious, chocolate. As well as their two gorgeous shops, they run a specialist Chocolate School in Summerhall, Edinburgh, where their amazingly talented Chocolatiers pass on their craft!
Your two hour class for one in the fun and friendly environment of Coco Chocolatier’s Chocolate School in Summerhall, Edinburgh will be full to the brim of chocolate making. Every chocoholic will be in heaven!

If you've never tasted hand-made chocolate created from the freshest ingredients before, then you can expect this class to be a revelation to your taste-buds! Your class will be led by amazingly talented chocolatiers in small groups of up to ten students to ensure individual attention, as well as a welcoming group environment. Your session will begin with a brief introduction to cocoa and the history of chocolate.

You will discuss the tree and its delicious fruit and cultivation and then the chocolate making begins! You’ll learn how to hand temper chocolate on marble, make moulded chocolates, fruit filled chocolates, and infused broken chocolate and hand tempered chocolate shells. You’ll also produce filled chocolates and caramels.

Chocolate Making Workshop

Description

Learn to make chocolates like the professionals throughout this fabulous workshop. You’ll be shown the many tricks of the trade alongside lots of tasting too.

This chocolate making workshop for one lasts approximately two and a half hours. Your voucher includes all of the necessary ingredients, packaging, boxes and ribbon, different kinds of chocolate and tasters, a chocolate mould, unlimited tea and coffee, and if you’re lucky, a prize for best decorated lolly.

Following a welcome briefing and refreshments, you’ll be given a brief overview of the session followed by a demonstration on chocolate making by a professional chocolatier. Learn a little, taste a lot!

Everyone will each make their own unique and individual ganache (cream and chocolate based filling) using a wide range of natural ingredients and then pipe this into their chocolate moulds.

Whilst your chocolate moulds are chilling you’ll be taught how to professionally decorate chocolates using fine piping techniques. After a brief practice session, you’ll put your new found skills to the test in a lolly decorating competition.

At the end of the workshop, you’ll be able to take home your very own beautifully packaged box of chocolate creations, which normally averages around 21 pieces each. Whether you choose to share them with family and friends or keep them all to yourself, we won’t judge.

To begin, you'll sample a range of delicious flavours, textures and styles from all over the globe as you muddle, shake and strain your way to the perfect cocktail blend. Exploring the science of flavour, you'll discover how ingredients interact and complement one another, with a lot of test tasting along the way! Treat the choc-mad chocaholic in your life to this tasty introduction to chocolate making course.

This yummy chocolate experience is ideal for chocolate lovers who want to soothe their sweet tooth and learn how to make delicious chocolates for them and their loved ones in the process. This is the perfect step up from the novice wanting to become a professional chocolatier.

Your chocolatier guide will take you on a journey which explores some of the highest quality blended and single origin chocolate on the market, so that you can identify the distinctive flavours of each and learn which flavours you prefer. There will be plenty of samples for everyone to taste and compare notes. London VIP Chocolate Tour for Two

Description

If you are in need of a gift for a pair of chocoholics, this experience combines full indulgence with an exploration of London’s chocolate scene; two ingredients for the perfect treat. Or maybe you'd like to treat the chocolate lover in your life to an experience full to the brim of sweetness and fancying joining them. Whatever the occasion, the London VIP Chocolate Tour promises a day filled with the finest, most exquisite chocolates to come out of London’s boroughs. Even if you know the capital quite well, you are sure to discover new spots and hidden gems as you discover the history behind London’s exquisite chocolate trade.

You’ll start the tour at Green Park Underground Station, where you’ll be met by your guide; a former coffee and cocoa commodity trader with seven years experience of the industry, who is as knowledgeable as they are friendly. Along the way, you’ll be visiting between six and seven Chocolate shops and Artisans, including two suppliers who provide chocolate to the Queen and The Royal Family. Your tour will complete between Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus, by which point you’re sure to have sampled a great variety of treats.

Macaroon Class

Description

Budding bakers can put their culinary hats on for a two hour macaroon making class. Throughout your experience, you will create a selection of macaroons in a variety of flavours. The fully qualified chefs at the Smart School of Cookery have designed the perfect class that will teach you how to make these delicate confections, achieving perfect results every time. Their pretty colours and endless selection of fillings mean they not only look great, but will taste delicious too.

Upon arrival you will be greeted by one of the chefs at the Smart School of Cookery. They will give you a brief overview of what to expect from the class then you will get changed in to your aprons, ready to get your cook on!

You will learn the skill of making an array of classic French macaroons with a selection of delicious fillings with the experts.

The chef will ask a small group at a time to join him/her to prepare and cook during the session. Their extensive experience and success is based on this method to ensure maximum education and knowledge is passed onto our guests because of course it is a cookery class after all. Once the class has been completed you will receive an email within 24 hours with all recipes that you have learnt from that day.

Willy Wonka Afternoon Tea for Two

Description

Step into a world of pure imagination with this Willy Wonka themed afternoon tea, choc-full of incredible edibles and decadent delights. There’s also candy-floss wands, top hats, sparkles and lashings of sweetness.

Fantastical treats and goodies conjured up to dazzle your senses include finger sandwiches, Charlie Bucket chocolate fancies, Augustus Gloop choccie lollies, Violet Beauregarde macaroons, fluffy scones with jam and clotted cream and chocolate coated marshmallows and strawberries. You will also enjoy a refreshingly fab cocktail such as Fizzy Lifting Punch or River of Chocolate.

This is the perfect way to spend your afternoon with girlie friends, someone special or ideal as a gift with a twist.
