Master the art of cheese making with this four hour lesson where you’ll learn first-hand how to make cheese with your expert chef. You will be guided step by step from milk to maturation, whilst making the following soft cheeses; Mozzarella, Ricotta or Paneer.
Once you’ve created your cheese you will be able to taste it, along with some hand-made chutneys, breads and Ann's smart oils.
After a warm welcome on arrival, you will get to meet your expert cookery teacher who will talk you through the day's programme and what you will be making during your lesson. Then it will be your turn to put on your apron and get cooking. At the end of the experience you will be able to sit down and sample what you have made.
