Enjoy an aerial adventure high up above the stunning landscapes of Lancashire and explore some of its most famous sights and landmarks with this 30 minute Lancashire Explorer helicopter flight.
Upon arrival you will be welcomed and briefed by one of Whizzard Helicopters’ specialist flight crew. Once you are safely strapped into your seat, your helicopter flight will start from Barton in Lancashire, where you will fly to Rochdale which was once one of the most productive cotton spinning towns in the world.
Continuing on, you’ll follow the canal towards the picturesque market town of Todmorden, and then continue your journey over the stunningly beautiful Bronte country, before heading onto Bacup, which was once home to the shortest street in the world.
Finally, you will fly on to Bury, the birthplace of Sir Robert Peel, a former British Prime Minister who founded the Metropolitan Police and the Conservative Party.
Have your camera ready to take photographs of the spectacular sights of the Lancashire skyline so you can you can re-live the experience with friends and family and show off your fantastic photographs.

The minimum age is 2 years old, anyone under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
This may not be suitable if you are pregnant, suffer from epilepsy, fits, severe head injuries, recurrent fainting, high blood pressure, or heart conditions. The maximum weight is 107kg (17st).
There is no previous flying experience necessary.
