The sport itself is fast paced, including an airsoft pistol and metal target plate. Scoring is based on accuracy and timing with 5 points for the A zone, 3 points for the C zone and 1 point for the D zone. You will need to have good accuracy, speed and enthusiasm to partake.

The clue is in the name. You will be jumping from a cliff into a river, starting at 15ft and working your way up. When taken to your first launch site you will be taught the correct techniques for jumping and entering the water. The instructors will watch how you jump and as soon as your technique is good enough, they will take you to the next level of jumping.

There are a few different cliff jumping sites you can go to, the site you visit on the day will depend on the water levels and the group. The height of the jumps vary depending on the site and go up to just under 40ft. You will have an experienced guide to take you cliff jumping, the only thing you need to be able to do is swim.

Harness Sphereing is a thrilling extreme sport that will guarantee one of the biggest adrenaline rushes of your life. You'll need to hold on tight as your world is quickly turned upside down!

On arrival you will receive a DVD briefing and instructions on how to safely enjoy the experience. Once strapped in to the full body harness, you will begin the ride of your life! As the Sphere begins to pick up pace, you will be rolling upside down at speeds of up to 30mph. The experience runs on selected weekdays and weekends, typically in the first or final session of the day.

The instructor will also give you advice on your technique as well as the best tips to improve. There are different levels of difficulty for all ages and fitness.

Once you arrive you will both be fitted with a helmet and given a safety briefing. With your instructor you will then learn all the basics of how to rock climb on the various walls on offer at the venue. Depending on your competence during the session, you may then have the opportunity to continue rock climbing unsupervised for the rest of your experience This decision is made at the end of the session and is at the discretion of your instructor.

Come and appreciate the reptile family in all their glory at Riverside Falconry, based in the beautiful Tyne valley, Newburn, Newcastle upon Tyne. With miles of open countryside and ancient woodlands, The Riverside Falconry's aim is to allow everyone the chance to witness the beauty of reptiles.

Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a friendly reptile handler, who will give you a brief health and safety overview and recommend some of the do's and don’ts whilst handling the creatures. Your session will start off with meeting some of the smaller snakes such as the Corn Snake, which in the past could be found commonly in grass fields but is now classed as an endangered species. From there, you will be introduced to some of the larger of the snakes on the premises, including a deadly Python and regal Boa Constrictor.

In addition you will get to see the iconic venomous Cobra, however as he has a tendency to be a bit over friendly, this will be from a distance. Your snake encounter will conclude by meeting the centres largest snake, which is an enormous seven foot long. Next, you will get to meet and hold some of the friendly reptiles, such as The Gecko, Water Dragon, Bearded Dragon and a colour changing Chameleon. In the heart of rural Sussex lives Bolney Wine Estate, one of England’s longest established vineyards. The Estate, located in the village of Bolney, is situated on a hill which was part of the Butting Hill One Hundred.

In 1972 the estate was founded by Rodney and Janet Pratt, with just 3 acres of vines and a single grape variety. From our humble beginnings, the vineyard has expanded to 39 acres with over 8 varieties grown on site, including Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, as well as state-of-the-art winery and disgorging room.

In the 1990s Samantha Linter (daughter of the founders) took charge of the winemaking and since then they have won numerous international awards for both out still and sparkling wines. Today three generations of the family are involved in the business.

William and Helenka Brown are continuing the family traditions established by Helenka’s family at their vineyard in Eglantine in Nottinghamshire. Their 35 acre site overlooks a lake and they grow traditional Champagne varieties from which they make both white and rose sparkling wines.

This tour and tasting is a chance to learn all about growing grapes and the process of turning them into wine. The vines are hand-tended, and the wines are made using the tried and tested methods that have earned expert winemaker Tony Skuriat a number of awards and the acclaim of critics the world over. This tour is for two people and will last between 1½ to 2 hours. The day starts with a warm welcome and either a cup of tea or coffee or a glass of Nottinghamshire wine. Then it’s time to learn about the Hanwell Estate whilst being guided around, you will learn all about the history of the vineyard and how it was founded. Visitors will get to see how the grapes grow, learn about the different varieties and the impact that choice has on the end product.

Enjoy exploring a range of home grown Welsh cheeses at the hands of an expert. The tasting takes place at The Blaenafon Cheddar Company, a specialist cheddar cheese company based in the World Heritage site of Blaenafon, South Wales. At present they produce very distinctive cheddars and goat's cheese. All their cheeses are handmade at their shop and the Pwll Mawr cheddar is actually matured at the bottom of the mine shaft at Big Pit mining museum!

You will taste cheeses from Blaenafon Cheddar Company’s full range including Pwll Ddu (Black pool) which is flavoured with mustard, leeks and The Reverend James Welsh ale which gives a mouth-watering savoury bite. There’s also Anadl y Ddraig (Dragon's breath) which is a hot chilli cheddar with a hint of sweetness and creaminess.

Blaenafon is a World Heritage site and has plenty of attractions in the area to enjoy before or after your tasting, including The National Coal Museum and Blaenafon's Heritage Railway.

Your tasting will begin with a welcome and introduction with tea or coffee on arrival. You will then receive a talk about the business and the cheeses you will taste. This will be followed by a session in which you can sample between 10 and 13 individual cheeses. You will also be served either a 50cl bottle of cider or beer each.
