Whether you are a fan of football, tennis, rugby or cricket, you can enjoy an informative tour finding out what goes on behind the scenes at one of the most famous sports grounds in the world. Typically you will be greeted by your guide, who will share extensive knowledge of the history and sporting achievements of the club and/or stadium. You will be shown around the grounds and maybe even visit the dressing rooms where the stars prepare themselves for the big matches. Most stadium tours finish off at the visitor centre and museum where you can browse at your leisure.

The individual tours include:

Wembley Stadium: The Press Conference Room, the England dressing room, the player's tunnel, the 107 trophy winners' steps to the Royal Box and a photo opportunity with the replica FA Cup. Adults 16 years and over, not recommended for children under 5 years. Please note: Monday 11th July to Friday 30th September, tours of Wembley Stadium will not include the Manager’s Benches, Players Tunnel or the Royal Box due to work on its roof.

Hampden Park Stadium: The underground roadway, team changing rooms and players’ warm up area, the Cup Presentation Area and you can strike a ball in the Hotshots gallery. Adult 16 years and over. Child minimum age 5 years old.

Lord's Cricket Ground: The Long Room, the Committee Room, the players' dressing rooms, and the MCC Museum. Adults 17 years and over.

Twickenham Stadium: The England dressing room, the magic fountain and the player's tunnel. Adults 16 years and over.

Old Trafford: The Manchester United FC museum, the players' tunnel, the dug out and the home team’s dressing room. Adults 16 years and over, child 3 to 15 years.

White Hart Lane: The High Road, Bill Nicholson Way, the West Stand, the tunnel, the Tottenham Hotspur FC dressing room, the press auditorium, the Director’s Box and the technical area and dug-outs. Adults 16 years and over. Please note: Tottenham football tours are not available beyond April 2017 due to work being carried out on the stadium.

Emirates Stadium: An audio-visual self guided tour, featuring exclusive interviews with manager Arsène Wenger and the players of Arsenal FC, the players' tunnel, the dug-out, the first team dressing room, the Directors Box and Diamond Club, the Press Conference and interview rooms. Adults 16 years and over.

Tour of FC Barcelona: A self guided tour of the president’s box, the press area, changing room, the tunnel, the pitch and the club’s museum. Adults 14 years and over, child 6 to 13 years. Under 6 years free.

Stamford Bridge: The Chelsea FC dressing room, the visitor dressing room, the pitch side and dugouts, the press room, the player’s tunnel, the television room and the Chelsea FC Museum. Adults 17 years and over.

Please note that tours at The Emirates are self-guided.

You need to know

Children must be under 16, except for Barcelona which is under 14 and Lord's which is aged 5 to 15.

A general level of fitness is required as there is some walking involved.
