This was brought as a present......it was a good day. Took a couple of hours to complete, instructors well knowledgeable. Had the opportunity to do the extra activities which were well worth it. The swing took us by surprise and I couldn't stop laughing. Enjoy!

No I do not recommend this product.
My 2 daughters received the high ropes experience as a Christmas present. It was a wonderful setting and some of the high ropes were really challenging. They thoroughly enjoyed it but even they commented on the 2 'instructors' who led them round. They hardly spoke to them, they never smiled or interacted with them, they acted like they would rather be somewhere else, when one of my daughters was nervous about some of the challenges there were no words of encouragement. They actually came across as downright rude and they should probably not work with people in the future as their communication skills were dreadful. Such a shame as the experience itself was excellent.
