Overview

Glamour, Glow and Glisten is a boutique beauty salon located in York. Anna is a professional and friendly therapist her aim is to ensure that you feel welcome, completely at ease and pampered.

You and your guest can choose from one of the following relaxing pamper rituals

Full body massage with hot stones
This involves the use and placement of basalt River rock on different points of the body. The rocks are heated before use and the massage therapist can then apply deeper pressure to areas of concern without causing any discomfort. During the massage, your therapist places heated stones on trigger points throughout your body. The heat from the stones penetrates through muscle to open your blood vessels. As this happens, blood flows more freely through your body for better circulation.

A choice of either a Luxury Manicure or Pedicure plus a Scalp Massage
The luxury manicure/pedicure is designed to replenish and revitalise your hands/feet. This treatment is designed to restore elasticity, plump and smooth dry skin. You will receive cuticle work to exfoliate and remove any dead skin around your nail plate, a luxury mask is applied to deeply nourish your hands/feet. Following this, the scalp massage is designed to stimulate the follicles to produce thicker hair. It's also thought that a scalp massage may help dilate blood vessels beneath the skin, thereby encouraging hair growth.
