White Water Rafting - Man Made Rapids
Thunderous noise, churning water and rapids all around you - this is the unbelievable thrill of white water rafting! Only the strength and determination of you and your team will get you through the rapids. You will raft on state-of-the-art man made rapids, which are guaranteed to give you lots of white water excitement!
The session begins with a safety talk and tuition to perfect your paddling technique. Then, under the guidance of your qualified instructor, you and the rest of the group will travel in an inflatable raft up to 5 times in this 2 hour session. This is an activity of sheer excitement - you will love it, although you are bound to get very, very wet!

When can you go?
Selected Monday to Friday dates with the odd Saturday and Sunday, March to October.
How long does this activity last?
The total experience lasts approximately 1-2 hours, which includes kitting up and briefing.
You need to know
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this activity.
Please advise us if you have any medical conditions which may affect your activity. White water rafting isn't always suitable for contact lenses & glasses wearers. The weight limit is 95kg (15 stone) and pregnant women should not do this activity.
You must be able to swim at least 50 metres and be reasonably fit. Please note that you will be asked to sign a disclaimer prior to the experience.

White Knuckle Fun

I was looking to try something different with a group of friends and this was an activity that stood out to us - I wanted an adrenaline rush and to do something I wouldn’t usually have thought of trying.
I would reccommend this activity to anyone wanting to arrange a day out with a group of friends with lots of laughs. It was great fun and really exciting.
The only downside was that I wish I had read the itinerary a little better as I forgot to take a change of clothes and was a little bit wet on the journey home!
