What am I buying when I buy an activity voucher?
You are buying a stylish gift voucher pack which you can hand or post to the recipient. This is their passport to a fantastic experience – one which they’ll never forget!
There are two types of voucher pack to choose from.
Standard voucher pack
The standard pack is included in the price of the gift experience, and the personalized voucher comes presented in a stylish silver wallet with all the activity information the recipient will need to book their experience.
Boxed gift pack
The boxed gift pack as pictured below comes with all of the above, plus a desktop calendar and a DVD of experiences available from Activity Superstore. Priced at £4.15 and presented in an embossed silver tin, the boxed gift set is perfect for giving experiences as a gift for birthdays or Christmas.

Voucher Gift Pack delivery
Your gift pack will be sent by first class post on the same day if you order before 11.30am Monday to Friday. Otherwise, your gift pack will be sent first class the next working day. Standard first class postage is £1.95, recorded delivery is an additional £3.90 and special delivery for guaranteed next day delivery is an additional £6.45*. Orders for special delivery are only guaranteed to be delivered the next day if placed before 11.30am.
* Special delivery is not available at weekends and delivery terms are subject to change over the Christmas period.
Can I take my activity at any time?
Vouchers are usually valid for 9 months and you’ll find the expiry date on your voucher. If you’re unable to take your activity within this period, we will be pleased to extend the validity date by an additional 6 months. However, this must be arranged whilst the voucher is still valid and we will charge a £15 administration fee. If our website price for your chosen activity has increased during this time you will also be required to pay the difference.
When buying a voucher you are buying a face value voucher entitling the holder to choose, up to the value stated on the voucher, one of a range of activities supplied by the Activity Superstore and provided by selected suppliers.
