WHITE WATER RAFTING

Take the plunge and enjoy the unbelievable thrills and spills of White Water Rafting. Experience the thunderous noise, churning water and crashing rapids that only this pure adrenaline experience can offer. Choose between the guaranteed thrills of manmade rapids, or the beautiful scenery and unpredictable courses of the natural white water in the Scottish Highlands or Welsh mountains.

Availability
This experience is available on selected dates and times of the year, depending on the venue.

Duration
The total experience lasts approximately 2 hours at the man made venues and 2 to 3½ hours at the natural venues.

Restrictions
Minimum age 16 for natural and 18 for manmade. Maximum weight 95kg (15 stone). This experience is not always suitable for contact lens and glasses wearers. You need to be able to swim at least 50 metres or be confident of being in the water.

Locations:
Man made: Northampton – Northamptonshire, Nottingham – Nottinghamshire, Stockton on-Tees – Cleveland.

Natural: Bala - Gwynedd, Pitlochry – Perthshire.
