Water Skiing

Feel the wind on your face and the sensation of water flowing under your feet as you experience the thrill of being pulled along by a boat at high speed. A must for all adrenaline junkies!
After a quick session of on-land training you will be ready to take to the water. You slip into your bindings and then you’re up on your skis for the first time. Pretty soon you’ll progress from coming out of the water, to moving around. It’s amazing how easily you can pick up the balance and riding technique, helped by our experienced and fully qualified instructors.
Available on selected Monday - Sunday dates, between April and October.
You will be taught on an individual basis.

No experience or qualifications are necessary for your adventure.
You must be at least 12 years old to do this activity and under 16s should bring an adult spectator.

White Water Rafting - Man Made Rapids

Thunderous noise, churning water and rapids all around you - this is the unbelievable thrill of white water rafting! Only the strength and determination of you and your team will get you through the rapids. You will raft on state-of-the-art man made rapids, which are guaranteed to give you lots of white water excitement!
The session begins with a safety talk and tuition to perfect your paddling technique. Then, under the guidance of your qualified instructor, you and the rest of the group will travel in an inflatable raft up to 5 times in this 2 hour session. This is an activity of sheer excitement - you will love it, although you are bound to get very, very wet! Programmes may vary according to location.
Selected Monday - Friday dates with the odd Saturday and Sunday, March to October.
There will be a maximum of seven other people in your group.
You're welcome to bring family and friends along to watch you.
You must be able to swim at least 50 metres and be reasonably fit. Please note that you will be asked to sign a disclaimer prior to the experience.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in this activity.
The total experience lasts approximately 1-2 hours, which includes kitting up and briefing.

White Water Rafting - Natural Rapids

Enjoy the thrill of natural white water rapids in the breathtaking setting of the beautiful Scottish Highlands or Welsh mountains. Thunderous noise, churning water and rapids all around you - this is the unbelievable thrill of white water rafting! Only the strength and determination of you and your team will get you through the rapids.
On arrival you will be kitted out with safety equipment. You will then be given a thorough safety briefing and will be professionally looked after by one of the qualified guides before getting onto the river. The water grade varies depending on the location and time of year. After your runs you will return to the centre to change into warm dry clothes. You may be required to help carry the raft and equipment during your experience. Please be aware that this activity can be cancelled at short notice due to water levels and this should be kept in mind when booking any overnight accommodation.

Bungee Jump

Leap towards the earth with the world's maddest sport. You will be amazed by the sensation of falling to earth - and the extraordinary feeling of being pulled upwards by the elasticated rope. This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
With your feet still firmly on the ground, you will be weighed and be brought up to speed on safety procedures. You will be fitted with your harnesses before being winched up in the cage with a jump master. Once the health and safety checks are completed, it will be "3-2-1 BUNGEE" and off you go! Please note that all booking times are approximate. The Club operates a ticket system: you will be given a numbered ticket when you register which you will be asked to present prior to your jump. Whilst you are waiting there is plenty to watch!

The main site for the jumps is in Datchet, near Windsor, but other locations typically include Bristol and Manchester
Selected dates, all year although the touring sites are generally only available during the summer months.
You'll be jumping by yourself, but there will be others there on the day.
Your friends and family may, if they wish, ride in the bungee cage with you for a charge which is payable on the day - please ask when you arrive at the centre.

Gliding with a Winch Launch

Let us introduce you to this absorbing sport at some of the top clubs in the country. It's a fantastic chance to experience the excitement of powerless flight and to take in the wonderful scenery unfolding below you.
After a pre-flight briefing, you will be strapped into the glider with your instructor. The glider is attached to a winch by a cable, and in a few moments you will be airborne! Once the cable is released you will search out some thermals and then gently glide back down to earth.
Monday to Sunday (selected dates depending on the location), all year although April to September are the best months for flying.
Your tuition is on a one to one basis.
You are welcome to bring along family and friends to watch you take to the sky.
No previous flying experience is necessary.

Grand Prix Karting

Karting tests your driving skill and endurance to the utmost, so it's no surprise that this is the training ground for today's top Formula One drivers. We've selected some of the country's most demanding circuits so you can be sure of a fun-packed, exciting time.
On arriving at the centre your instructor will begin with a safety briefing, some instructions on your kart controls and you'll be provided with some protective clothing. To familiarise you with the karts and the circuit there will be a few initial practice laps. Then the competitive action begins with a typical programme consisting of a series of thrilling heats, semi-finals and top performers experiencing a heart-thumping final. And, if you're the fastest round the track you'll be awarded a prize trophy - what a great souvenir to take home to remind you of your special day out! The precise programme may vary at each activity venue.

Circus Skills

Ever wanted to run away to join the circus? Well, now you can - for a day at least! This is a unique opportunity to learn some exotic circus skills such as juggling and flying trapeze at a top professional training school.
After a 20 minute warm-up, you will get the chance to have a taster session in some of the following: * flying trapeze * juggling * tight wire walking * acrobatic balancing This all takes place in a supportive and carefully controlled environment. The session lasts for 3½ hours and is divided into 4 sectors where each group has approximately 45 minutes on each discipline.

Wakeboarding

Get involved with the fastest growing, coolest and most fun way to take to the water. Wakeboarding is an exciting mix of snowboarding, surfing and skateboarding. You are towed behind a powerful boat and use its wake to pull off a whole range of insane tricks. It’s easy to learn, great fun to do!

Snowboarding

This is a great chance to learn the latest sports craze of snowboarding. Lessons take place at one of the country's permanent snow all the year round venues.
You should arrive half an hour before your appointed lesson time to give you time to collect your ticket and get changed. Then you will have an initial safety briefing and you're off to the slopes. The lesson will cover equipment and basic skills. After one hour there may be a very short break off the slope to allow different students to join you for the second session. There will be a maximum of four participants per instructor.

Coasteering

Be a kid once more! But this time you're actually encouraged to jump off cliffs, swim in caves and climb sheer rock faces! Coasteering is a wacky combination of rock climbing, scrambling, cliff jumping and swimming. When the going gets too steep, it’s time to jump and swim the short distance to the next easy climb. As you climb around the cliffs there are caves to explore and wildlife to see. This is a varied and exhilarating day out.
This is an introductory session which will enable you to learn the basic skills of Coasteering. After a briefing on safety and technique it’s time to head out for the wide blue yonder, working out the best route with your team mates and dodging the waves as you go. Instructors will pick the coastal point depending on the weather conditions on the day and the ability of the group.

Quad Bikes

There is nothing quite like quad bike riding. These agile machines are a cross between motorcycle and car and have a unique riding style.
You will begin with a full briefing on safety, the vehicle controls and riding techniques, with plenty of time to build confidence and ability, before progressing to a longer, more varied and sometimes demanding course. You'll encounter hill climbs and descents, lumps and bumps, see-saws and narrow bridges. An experienced instructor will be riding with you all the way to advise and demonstrate on how best to tackle some of the challenges.

There'll be a maximum of six to seven people in a group and 21 people in the session.

Helicopter Flight - 10 Minutes

Nothing else comes close to touching the magic of vertical flight; from the moment you lift into the air to the second the helicopter settles gracefully back on the ground it is a truly exciting and unforgettable experience.
You will be welcomed and briefed by one of our specialist team and given the opportunity to see and hear our modern helicopter at close quarters. Then it's your turn; climbing gracefully to over 1,000 feet and accelerating to over 120 miles an hour, you will interact with the pilot via the headset (don't forget to listen out for air traffic on the radio!), swooping over the landscape and then settling gently back on the ground. Ice Climbing

Are you up for scaling Europe's most challenging indoor ice wall?
On arrival at the venue you will meet your instructor, who will conduct a full safety briefing. Then it's time for you to get kitted up with all the safety gear before heading to the ice wall. Your climb will be under strict supervision of an instructor at all times and tuition is on a one to one basis. Your experience will include 40 minutes ice climbing with a 20 minute brief.

Off Road Taster

Head for the hills across some rough, tough terrain in a hardy 4-wheel drive vehicle. Get behind the wheel and experience the fun, exhilaration and sheer adventure of 4x4 driving. Mud, holes, gullies, steep slopes - the most rugged terrain can be crossed if you are up to the challenge. We have carefully selected the best off road driving locations in the country. All will give you some seriously challenging driving in some beautiful locations. We have also made sure the quality of driving tuition is the best.
Your session begins with an introductory briefing on off roading technique, together with an explanation of 4WD systems. The instructor will do a demonstration drive, and then it's time for you to take turns at the wheel! The time spent by each participant behind the wheel varies between each location but when you are not driving your group you will stay in the car as their passenger.
This experience is available on selected Saturdays & Sundays, throughout the year.
There will be up to four people in a group.
Unfortunately you cannot bring any friends or family to watch you on the day.
You are required to hold a full valid UK or European driving licence.

Kayaking

Paddle your kayak down the river, across the sea or over a lake, enjoying the thrill of powering yourself through the waves with views only available from the water. The action takes place on either on the River at Leamington Spa, on a lake in Sussex or off the Pembrokeshire coast. All have their own challenges that will test you to the limit. The river and lake are ideal locations for both complete beginners and those with some experience, however if you feel you have the confidence to take on the powerful waves of the sea, then the coast of Pembrokeshire will provide the thrills you need. This experience is the ideal way to learn about this fantastic sport.
Your experience will start with an introduction from you guide. Your guide will make sure you learn quickly and safely before leading you out to the water. Flat water, white-water and surf are all options so whatever your ability you are bound to get the most out of this exciting experience.

Paintballing for Six

Hovercraft Blast

Even for those that have done every other conceivable motor sport, hovercraft piloting is somewhat of a unique experience! These amphibious crafts move on a cushion of air created by a powerful fan and are capable of moving over land or water and handle like no other machine! Skiing Session

Learning to ski is a very rewarding and exciting experience, and remember you only do it once! The first lesson for beginners, includes a safety brief, introduction to the ski equipment and learning effective warm up techniques. You will side-step up the slope and descend a short distance while practicing active balance exercises. In addition you will be shown how to return to your feet after a fall and learn the snowplough brake.
You should arrive half an hour before your appointed lesson time to give you time to collect your ticket and get changed. Then you will have an initial safety briefing and you're off to the slopes. The lesson will cover equipment and basic skills. There will be a maximum of four participants per instructor.
Selected Monday to Sunday dates, all year.
There'll be a maximum of three other people in your group.
You're welcome to bring family and friends along to watch you take to the slopes.
This session is for beginners, so no experience is needed.
To participate in this activity you must be at least 16 years old.
Your ski-ing session will last for about 2 hours, but allow extra time to get your equipment.
You will need to have general fitness to be able to participate in this activity. This activity is not suitable if you are pregnant, have a bad back or a heart condition.

The Triple Whammy

The Triple Whammy will give you a day of Adrenalin to remember. First get into your harness which you on throughout your day. Climb the long and winding walkway into the rafters to the 250ft Indoor Zip wire 6 stories above the ground. The jumpmaster will attach you and then as you push off see the restaurant with friends and family below you at 30mph before safely entering the landing zone. Next of to travel 143 steps to the Abseil Zone. A trained instructor will instruct you how to descend and then it's up to you to abseil into the Abyss from 150ft. With your heart pounding climb the 143 steps again for the final buzz on the 150ft Powerfan. This gets the adrenalin going as you plummet to ground before safely landing on Terafirma.
* First off it's the 250ft Indoor Zip Wire * Next up its Abseiling, your professional instructor will instruct you how to descend and then it's down to you to free abseil from 150ft down into the chasm that is the face of steel and the dark and gloomy Abyss. * Last but definitely not least is the 150ft Powerfan - Parachute Simulator, you will have sensory overload as you plummet to the ground before landing safely on Terafirma.

Yes, spectators are allowed. There is a £5 charge if they wish to ride in the cage.

Indoor Skydiving

Imagine a wind tunnel that could be used for testing the aerodynamics of an F1 racing car, turn it upright, jump onto the airflow and you are skydiving. It's a proven concept operating in several countries to the benefit of the skydiving community and anyone else who wishes to taste the thrill of freefall in a completely safe environment.
After check-in there’s a short class with a video brief and instruction, then it’s off to collect your flight gear. You and your group will enter the tunnel and take it in turns to fly. You each get 2 flights of one minute each that’s about the same as three tandem skydives. In your first flights you will learn the basic freefall position. You wil receive a DVD to remember your experience on the day plus a photo of your experience will be emailed to you.
This experience is available on selected dates at off peak times, all year.
It will be just you in the air.
You are able to bring along spectators to watch.
No qualifications or experience are necessary.
The minimum age is 5 years old (under 18 year olds must be accompanied by an adult).
This experience lasts roughly 1 hour at the venue, which includes 2 flights of 1 minute each.
You must be reasonably fit to participate in this activity and there is a maximum weight restriction of 114kg (18 stone). It is not suitable for pregnant women, if you suffer from a dislocated shoulder or wearing a hard cast.

Aqua Sphereing® for Two

Ever wondered what it's like in a washing machine? Take two averagely sized people, one Sphere and a sizeable hill and what have you got? The latest extreme activity which will see you writhing around in a spherical universe where the sky is the ground and the ground is the sky and your stomach made a bid for freedom some time ago. You'll love it!
With no harnesses you are completely free in the Sphere, as you and a friend slip and slide around inside the ball with thirty litres of water. Instead of being thrown around with the ball, you link arms with your fellow victim and slide together down a hill, riding the water.
This experience is available on selected weekdays and limited weekends, from April to September.
This experience is for two people to share.
You are welcome to bring friends or family to watch you.
You do not require any qualifications or experience to enjoy this experience.
Minimum age is 7 years old, under 18s accompanied by an adult
You will spend approximately 45 minutes at the venue, with a 1 minute ride.

Powerboat Taster Session

Experience the unique thrill of a high speed tour of the Solent in a genuine offshore powerboat. Hold on tight as your highly experienced instructor takes the boat to the limit completing an offshore circuit. Feel the grace and pace of these racing thoroughbreds.
Your experience will begin in Southampton with a safety briefing. You will then be provided with offshore racing jacket and life jacket and escorted to the waiting powerboat. After a short cruise down the river, the driver will open up the throttle and you will feel what it's like to be flying across the waves.
This unique experience includes a demonstration of wave jumping, high speed cornering, racing lines and starts. Then you have 2 laps behind the wheel on a circuit to put it to the test.
This experience is on selected weekend dates, May to October
There will be other participants on the day.
Friends and family are welcome to come and watch you leave the venue.
You do not require any qualifications to take part in this activity.
Minimum age 12 but under 18's must be accompanied by an adult
Your experience will last approximately one and a half hours.
The minimum height is 1.52m (5ft). The maximum weight is 108kg (17 stone). Please note this experience is not suitable for those with a serious back or heart complaint, or for pregnant women. All participant will be asked to sign a disclaimer on the day.

FI Race Car Simulator Session for Two

Very few people get the privilege of getting close to a F1 car let alone getting behind the wheel. Well here is your chance to experience what it feels like to drive a F1 race car - there are 40 cars to choose from, on a choice of 400 international circuits! These simulators are the real deal and they really do drive like the real thing! What's more it's a fantastic way to learn new and improve upon existing driving skills.
This session gives you access to the race facilities. The pit lane remains open throughout the session and cars are available to run at any time. You may use this time as you wish, either try out the race facilities, practice for an upcoming championship event or record your best time for the Hot Lap competition of the month.
This activity is available Monday to Sunday, throughout the year.
There will be a maximum of 9 other people in your group.
You do not require any qualifications to take part in this activity, however the minimum height for participants is 1.52m (5ft).
There is no minimum age requirement to take part in this activity.
For a one hour session you will be at the venue for about two hours.
