Paddle your kayak down the river, across the sea or over a lake, enjoying the thrill of powering yourself through the waves with views only available from the water. The action takes place on either a river, on a lake or on the coast. All have their own challenges that will test you to the limit. The river and lake are ideal locations for both complete beginners and those with some experience, however if you feel you have the confidence to take on the powerful waves of the sea, then the coast will provide the thrills you need. This experience is the ideal way to learn about this fantastic sport.

Your experience will start with an introduction from your guide. Your guide will make sure you learn quickly and safely before leading you out to the water. Flat water, white-water and surf are all options so whatever your ability you are bound to get the most out of this exciting experience.

When can you go?

This experience runs on selected Monday to Sunday dates, March to November.

How long does this activity last?

Your experience will last approximately 2 to 4 hours.

You need to know

The minimum age for this experience is 18 years.
Adventure activities can be tiring but do not require a high level of fitness.
No experience or qualifications are required to take part in this activity.
