Choose from a relaxing facial or aromatherapy massage and a nail file and polish or an express eyebrow shape (both of your treatments will normally be carried out in conjunction with each other). Spend the rest of the day enjoying the health and fitness club facilities that typically include a pool, spa pool, steam room and sauna. Relax, unwind & enjoy a day of pampering heaven!

This activity is available Monday to Friday, throughout the year.

How long does this activity last?

Treatments last approximatley an hour but you can use the facilities for the whole day.

You need to know

To participate in this activity you must be at least 18 years old.
Please also inform us of any skin allergies or medical conditions that may affect you taking part in this activity. A health check will be required which may result in the centre requesting a medical certificate.
No previous experience is required.
