Unwind and let the stress melt away at a superb health spa. After a range of deeply luxurious and relaxing treatments you will feel totally reinvigorated and ready to face the world again. This is a wonderful opportunity to embark on a new fitness initiative or just to have a range of top to toe treatments in a pleasant and relaxing environment.
Your day normally includes two treatments such as a manicure, pedicure, facial or half hour shoulder massage. To complete your relaxation you have full use of all facilities such as sauna, pool, gymnasium and fitness classes. All the health spas include the use of all facilities and an excellent buffet lunch.
Programmes, treatments and facilities vary depending on the location. You will need to advise of any particular problems on arrival e.g. medical history that may restrict you from participating in treatments. All guests are advised that if you suffer with or have suffered with a predetermined health condition in the past, a note from your GP will be required indicating that you are in a satisfactory state of general health to have treatments. Failure to produce this document will result in the therapist being unable to carry out any treatments.

Luxury Health Spa Day

This was a truly relaxing day, I really enjoyed myself. The staff were fantastic and really made you feel at Ease. The facilities were excellent and there was lots to do.

This was a truly amazing relaxing experience, on the beautiful grounds of Henlow. I received four treatments along with full us of the facilities. The staff and therapists were extremely friendly making this an even more enjoyable experience. My favourite treatments were the massage and the facial, I felt truly spoilt.

I wanted to spend a day relaxing a being pampered and the WHOLE experience lived up to that. As soon as you walk into the Health Farm, Henlow Grange, you feel relaxed. All the treatments are preformed to a high standard and it was the ultimate way to unwind. The lunch that was included was really good - I would highly recommend this to anyone who needs to destress.

After a hectic year I was looking for a relaxing day away from the normal pressures of everyday life, so what better than a day at a health farm to relax and unwind?
The whole day was fantastic, and the best part of this experience was the peace and tranquillity the health farm offered. All of the staff were friendly and very professional and the facilities were first class.
This would be a great present for anyone looking to relax and be pampered, a perfect gift for your mum or sister.
