Unwind and let the stress melt away at a superb health spa. After a range of deeply luxurious and relaxing treatments you will feel totally reinvigorated and ready to face the world again. This is a wonderful opportunity to embark on a new fitness initiative or just to have a range of top to toe treatments in a pleasant and relaxing environment.
Your day includes a Champneys body massage, facial and either a Luxury Manicure or Pedicure, use of all facilities, exercise and relaxation programme and buffet lunch. Additional treatments can be booked prior to visit - the health spa will send you details.

I wanted to spend a relaxing day with my daughter who is now at university. We are great fans of Champneys Henlow Grange in Bedfordshire which is just a 45 minute drive away. The day is perfectly balanced with 4 beauty treatments - massage, facial, manicure and pedicure and the option to book extra treatments either in advance or on the day. It also includes the use of all facilities and exercise classes, and a deliciously varied hot and cold buffet lunch.
We have been there before and usually request that our treatments are scheduled during the afternoon so that we can spend an energetic morning either in the gym, a step class or water aerobics or sometimes all three, have lunch and have a really chilled afternoon of treatments and relaxation.
Anybody from any age group can benefit from a health spa day, and we certainly enjoyed it!
