Aqua Spa at the Belfry for Two

Journey through a range of different bio-thermal rooms with this fire and ice experience at The Belfry's Aqua Spa. Based on a bathing ritual, you will move through a series of heating and cooling experiences with the ultimate aim of inducing deep relaxation.

At your own pace, spend time in the crystal steam room increasing your body's temperature before entering the freezing cold igloo to invigorate the body and your senses! Perhaps you are more in need of a massage so spend time in the hydrotherapy pool with five stations, which work together to stimulate the major muscle groups. Or if it's perfect relaxation you're after then lie back in the tranquility room where the soothing lighting and chilled water creates the ideal environment. With around 17 different experiences to explore it is invigorating, relaxing, rejuvenating and above all, fun.

You will be allocated two hours to try out the different biothermal experiences. How you spend this time in the Aqua Spa is up to you.

This experience is available on Monday to Friday, throughout the year.

Your experience will last for approximately 2 hours.

The minimum age for this experience is 18 years old.
This experience is not suitable for pregnant women.
There are no qualifications required for this activity.
