Full Body Swedish Massage

Experience a full body Swedish massage that can be tailored to your own requirements.

For your massage you may choose the amount of time and the areas you would like the therapist to focus on from your neck, back, shoulders, full body, legs and feet, head and face. Pressure and technique can be adapted to suit your needs.

Please note where facilities such as swimming pool etc are available at the health club, there is a charge to use them.

Please note some loctions may have restrictions over the Olympic period.

When can you go?

This activity is available on Monday to Thursday dates, throughout the year.

How long does this activity last?

Your treatment will last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.

You need to know

The minimum age for this activity is 18 years old.
The spa must be informed of any medical conditions in advance. This is not suitable for pregnant women.
There are no qualifications required for this experience.

This is for a voucher entitling the holder to any of the activities supplied by Activity Superstore up to the value stated.
