Mountain Boarding

Mountain boarding is a well established extreme sport, derived from snowboarding. The best way to describe a mountain board is imagine a snowboard with wheels and you're pretty close. They're designed to be very rugged and fast across all surfaces, so whether you're on grass hills, gravel tracks, streets, or BMX courses they offer an extreme ride. It is this ability to ride such a variety of terrain that makes mountain boarding unique to other board sports. During the course of this expeirence you will learn all the beginners aspects, such as the correct stance for riding, how to stop and turning. This experience is a great starting point if you want to get into the sport or just a good few hours of adrenaline fuelled fun.

This experience will begin with an introduction and safety briefing held by one of the instructors before being kitted out in some safety gear. Now you are ready to take on the hill. You're instructor will teach you the basic principles of mountain boarding and then you will be given time to perfect your skills.

This experience is available on selected weekdays and weekends, March to November.

This experience will last 3 hours

You need to know

The minimum age is 8 years.
There are no fitness requirements.
There are no qualifications required.
