Family Entrance to Beamish Wild Birds of Prey Conservation Centre

The Beamish Wild Bird of Prey Conservation Centre is a conservation centre dedicated to the preservation of all species of bird of prey by using education as a primary route for raising public awareness. Situated in magnificent stately grounds in Durham, the conservation centre is uniquely placed within a beautifully enchanted woodland setting that provides a comfortable and as near as possible natural habitat for the resident birds. There are a great variety of birds on show including Bald Eagles and Golden Eagles, African White Backed Vultures and Snowy Owls and there are daily flight presentations and displays offering a thrilling insight into the unique abilities of these birds. A day out to Beamish Wild is truly a magnificent.

This voucher entitles entrance for a family of two adults and two children into the birds of prey conservation centre. You will also get to have a bespoke photo session with a bird. The bird will be held by a member of staff unless it is deemed appropriate to be held by a member of the family. Please note you will need to bring your own camera for your photo opportunity.

This experience is available Monday to Sunday, throughout the year.

How long does this activity last?

You're welcome to visit the conservation centre any time during opening hours.

Children must be under 16 years of age.
There are no fitness requirements.
There are no qualifications required.
