Imagine the scenario, a 12ft diameter vertical wind tunnel used to fly humans as they simulate real freefall, but this time there are no skydivers, they have been replaced with an 8ft inflatable Sphere inside which is you and your friend! You will be travelling at random around the wind tunnel. The sphere will be tossed and turned and buffeted from side to side and you will generally lose all orientation. This is a totally unique and new experience that's a heady mix of adrenalin, exhilaration and intensity! Definitely one to tell your friends about!

After checking in, you will attend a short briefing before you are issued with helmets and earplugs. You then enter the staging area of the tunnel before you both enter the inflatable sphere and take your positions face to face. After the instructors have checked you are comfortable the controller will fire up 1,000 HP of power and before you know it you and your friend will be lifted off the ground by the 150mph airflow.

How long does this activity last?

You will be at the venue for approximately an hour.

You need to know

The minimum age is 16 years, under 18 year olds will need accompanying by an adult.
You must be reasonably fit to participate in this activity. It is not suitable for pregnant women and anyone with a history of neck, back, or heart problems should seek advice from their doctor first. The maximum weight restriction is 114kg (18 stone).
There are no qualifications or experience required for this activity.
