If you've never tasted hand-made chocolate created from the freshest ingredients before, then first and foremost you can expect this workshop to be a revelation to your taste-buds!

At the Manchester location you will learn the art of the chocolatier and create your own delicacies on this fantastic course. This introductory taster course enables you to get up close and hands on with your favourite food - chocolate. With the expert guidance of the chocolatier you will create a chocolate teddy bear which will form the centre piece for you to surround with hand made truffles.

At the London location, you will learn about the origins of chocolate and the process from bean to bar, before making fresh cream truffles. You will demonstrate your cookery skills as you cut, dip and decorate truffles and praline to create your own chocolate under a skilled chocolatier’s guidance. You will get to take home ribbon-tied bags of your own home-made chocolates as well as detailed recipes to make at your leisure.
