Champagne Balloon Flight
Nothing quite compares to the serenity to ballooning. Gazing down upon the fields, hedgerows and villages dappled in soft evening sunlight or tranquil early morning light is such a peaceful moment. As you slowly drift across the sky you'll hear no sound other than your fellow passengers. This is a magical moment that you will want to cherish forever so don't forget your camera to capture those unique views.
After helping to inflate the balloon, you'll take off for an hour's flight and see the world below sliding slowly by. Enjoy a traditional champagne toast, and receive a flight certificate signed by your pilot and Sir Richard Branson.

When can you go?
Monday to Sunday depending on location, April to October.
How long does this activity last?
Your flight will last approximately 45 minutes to an hour but allow 3 hours in total.
You need to know
The minimum age is 16 years old. 8 to 16 year olds need accompanying by an adult.
Minimum height is 1.38m (4ft 6). A supplement may apply to those over 20 stone or those between 18-20 stone in weight who are under 6ft tall. The flight is not suitable for those who are pregnant or suffer from medical conditions. Please check on booking.
No experience or qualifications are necessary.

Family and friends
Spectators are welcome to watch and follow the balloon in their own transport.

Ballooning

I loved floating over the English country side on a warm summers evening. The views are amazing and the whole experience is really relaxing. I'm a bit scared of heights, so I felt quite brave, but once we were up there, I just enjoyed it.
I would recommend this to anyone, although you do need to be fairly able bodied to get in the basket. If you are really scared of heights this may not be the best experience for you!

My boyfriend brought me the voucher for my birthday as it’s something I’ve always wanted to try. I wasn't disappointed - the calm and peaceful feeling that you get when you’re up in the sky floating above the fields, it was unexpectedly quiet.
Unfortunately it is weather dependant so you can't go unless the conditions are just right, but it is certainly worth the wait. The take-off was a bit of a stomach churner, but once we were up I forgot all about it and just enjoyed the ride.
I think this activity would be suitable for anyone, from a family trip or a group of friends to a very romantic experience if you’re looking to impress someone special.
