For more than 60 years Silverstone has carved its mark as one of the leading motorsport venues, creating a powerful heritage around the world. Once a WWII airfield, Silverstone has come along way since its first race in 1948. Having hosted the first modern day Grand Prix two years later, Silverstone has welcomed all the sport's great names and continues to enjoy a prominent position in the history of motorsport.

Why not experience some of the magic that surrounds Silverstone with this driving choice voucher. Included is a choice of:

- The Audi R8 thrill: This is Audi's first attempt at creating a supercar and it has re-written the rule book. This is the new yardstick for all everyday supercars to be judged against.
- The Single Seater thrill: Do you have what it takes to become the next Lewis Hamilton? Test your nerve around the twisty Stowe circuit and put pedal to the metal.
- The Rally thrill: The amazing sound, the kick-back acceleration and the crazy handbrake turns are all part of what makes this one of the most thrilling activities that Silverstone has to offer.

The programme of events will vary slightly for each experience but you will generally begin by registering at the venue. This is followed by a short safety briefing where you will be taught the racing lines and how to get as much out of the car during your time. Then it will be on to the main event, getting behind the wheel of your chosen vehicle for 10 to 20 minutes of maximum enjoyment.

These experiences are available on weekdays only, throughout the year.

How long does this activity last?

Your experience will last approximately 1 hour.

You need to know

The minimum age is 21 for the R8 and 18 for the rallying and the single seater.
The maximum weight is 16 stone. The minimum height is 5ft 2ins and the maximum height is 6ft 4ins.
You must have held a full, valid, UK licence for a minimum of 3 years in order to participate in the Audi R8 thrill, the others you just need a licence. Your licence must be presented on the day, no photocopies will be accepted.
