Endurance Karting

Karting is considered to be the perfect starting point for all those wishing to get into racing and surprisingly, in a quick kart, it is one of the closest things to racing in a Formula 1 car! So this experience is not for the faint hearted. How many laps will you be able to rack up within the hour's time limit?

On arriving at the centre you will sign on and get suited up in a helmet and racing overalls before your safety briefing and some instructions on the kart controls. Now it's time to get in your kart for the practice/qualifying session, then the competitive action begins with an hour of non-stop racing. With up to 35 karts on the track who will last the pace and make it to the podium? The experience ends with a presentation of trophies to the fastest drivers.

This experience is available on selected Sundays, throughout the year.

How long does this activity last?

This experience will last approximately 2½ hours.

You need to know

The minimum age for this experience is 16 years old.
This is quite a physical activity and may not be suitable if you have weak arms, heart complaints etc. The minimum height is 1.34m (5ft), the maximum is 1.98m (6ft 6in). The maximum weight is 114kg (18 stone).
There are no qualifications required.

This is for a voucher entitling the holder to any of the activities supplied by Activity Superstore up to the value stated.

Family and friends

You're welcome to bring spectators to watch, but it is not recommended for young children.
